Godfrey is the founder & Managing Partner of the firm. He has extensive experience in financial reporting and taxation compliance management garnered over his four decade long career.
He is a Fellow of the Association of International Accountants as well as an Associate Member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He leads the financial consultancy stream of business and is also in charge of the Anti-Money Laundering policies & governance at the firm.

Ramanjit Singh joined the firm in 2004 and has spearheaded the Firm’s professional development as the Practice Manager since 2011. He is a seasoned finance and taxation professional having served clients in various situations for over 13 years.
He is our tax expert, specialising in tax planning, revenue audit management and financial consultancy. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
Nitesh Sangar

Nitesh joined the firm in 2015 and brings with him a very strong conceptual understanding of the accounting principles and their application in the practical world owing to extensive prior experience in lecturing on Accounting & Finance.
He holds a Masters Degree in Accounting & Business Statistics and is currently pursuing full qualification as a practicing accountant. With his strong academic background, he is our go to person for technical accounting queries & customised solutions.
